possibly the speed sensor may input to the body control module looking the doors.. i dont quite know, you could try putting the car up securely on jacks.. starting the car and putting it in drive with the door trim off and seeing what input to the motor powers up when the car locks at 20k's, and then either find out what that wire is, or chop it and see what happens whether the locks still work when activiated by the remote etc..

    hope that helps!

Why would you want to disable it?
I find it a very good feature, and as the drivers door unlocks when you pull the handle you never even notice it.

    That said, do as able.
Find the door control module (Celsior's is located in drivers kick panel, big red thing from memory) and determine which wire is the speed input (same wire as SP2 into the engine ecu)
Cut that and your problem will go away.
