2nd hand larger exhaust and extractors
better cold air intake, get a cheap pod filter or panel filter.
run it on 98 octane for a couple of tanks
invest in some good tyres

As they say in the book, assembly is the reverse of dismantling, but slower cos you forgot where all the bits are
Rex'll assume you're a young lad just itching to mod your new car.
$600 wont go too far, so think firstly what you actually want from it.
If you want to go faster, basically for $600 forget it. However an exhaust will atleast put a smile on your face because it will atleast 'feel' like a faster experience. Likewise a good steering wheel.
If you want it to look better, try and find some 17's you like that are inside your budget. Or some lowered springs etc...
Or just save/invest the $600 and put it towards the car of your actual dreams...

for 600 clams i'd;
slam it
black steelies
clean up the wheel nuts so they're shiny (3 seconds each on a wire wheel)
service it

UCF11
get a set of sway bars. it'll improve the handling immensely.
your not gonna get much in the way of more power from the 5sfe, just give it a good service, new quality oil,leads,dizzy cap and plugs.
