this should help.. as i need to find larger injectors for my 5ME..

& at 1st glance the Blue 210cc/p/m from the 4A-GE are looking good..

But still these links are not showing all the Toyota injectors.. the link i'm looking for has only Toyota parts listed..

Does the 5me have the same injector body as the 7mge, if so the 215cc 1uz injectors will go in and there should be a million of them laying around.I would probably have a set you could have.

    Cheers, Al.

Hmmm... 7M-GE.. the listing i've been give (thank you) shows them as :-
    "Nippon Denso 295cc yellow 2.7ohm Toyota 7MGE"

The 5ME are listed as :-
    "Nippon Denso 182cc grey 2.4ohm Toyota 4ME,5ME, 5MGE"

so i'm looking for 2.4ohm so i don't have to change much.!! as i'm using stock ECU..

me think me need more Google..!!!

If you want to increase the fuel delivery slightly wouldn't it be easier to just wind up the fuel pressure a bit?

Since you say your current engine is 5M.
you'd be after top feed, low imp.
theres the 18rg std injectors blue, 210cc

    eg -23250-34030 nippon denso 252cc 4age
    -195500-2610 ' ' 236cc mitsu/eagle
basically the nippon colours tell the story
    ie. yellow/orange 250cc
    yellow...........294cc
    pink.............315cc
red/ orange...365cc they do have numbers on them, not sure yet what they are.
also you'll find early rx 7 will suit, around 240cc i think.
    i have 210cc, 240cc, 360cc, and 460cc at home.

    Thank you... Cool.... more info...

so fare looking good.. but it may look like i'll need to change my resistor pack.. as the ohm's are different on many types..

at the moment i just need a little more fuel.. as i'm still running the stock cam & combustion temp's are getting high.. to lean...
i have a reground cam with longer duration, that i may fit... but looking at getting a custom cam made with high lift & long duration.. hence i need to find injectors to suit..

cheers for all the help so far..

i'm not sure the difference, in say.1.9 ohm - to a 2.4 ohm makes on the resister packs.
i just thought high imp doesn't use one and low does. oh well.
i'd like to know if the ohms play a big part on low imp injector swaps.

if you do not get the ohm's right you will cook your ECU....

hence .. you need to balance out your load...

much like running 4 ohm speakers on an 8 ohm Amp'.. you will cook your Amp'..

so how does one determine the load the resister pack can take, then hence what the ECU can handle.
is there a rule of thumb or a guide somewhere.?

Good Question... & can any body help..???

it is not what the resister pack can take .. it is what the ECU will take..
the resister pack is just to balance the load to what the ECU want to run..

    well on this..
i have done what i can & got the best i can with stock parts...
on a Dyno "shoot out" i got an extra 25% more power from my 5ME
"yep" using stock ECU, AFM, Injectors... & been told this motor should not run with what has been done..
sorry.. i'm an Engineer not a motor machanic..
& to try run the milld "reground" Cam i have i'll need more fuel...
& then when i get the Custom Cam made i'll need even more fuel...

so for now i'm looking for about 215cc.. & then also need to ook for 250cc +

any help on where & what will be good..

    Thank You..

    Cheers
