RAV 4 auto

Im trying to convert a 96 rav to auto but , autos are hard to find so i may see if i can use a GT4 celica auto or a camry auto ? Anybody know what differences between a 3SFE rav 4 auto and a normal camry one . What extra bits would have to be swapped accros from the rav auto onto a camry one. Also when did the A140 become electronic.

Yes i agree buy and auto one , really cant be arsed haulin that AWD shit in and out .
But you know how it is with cars you will find a neat manual one and crappy auto ones.
I really am just feeling ATM
