    Default 7mge re-bearing specs

Hey, doing the bottom end of my 7mge, need specs to tighten it all up again if someone could let us know, or link me to an online manual.

    main caps
    rods
    flywheel

Also need to replace the clutch, it is 7mge mounted to a w50, to make it easy to find, is there a car that had this combo, or do i need a clutch from an earlier m series car?

    cheers!!

    Enjoy

I haven't heard of a M50... do you mean W50? Clutch replacement is pretty well the same for W50, W55 etc anyway

w50 wont last long behind there. i went thru 3 before moving over to the later alloy case 55

same clutch & flywheel setup for both but u will need a slave cylinder and bellhousing from a w50

thanks for the advice, will try to be as nice to it as possible, my past record for gearboxes sucks though...

Its running a 6m flywheel i believe, so the clutch is probably a bit small. Ive read the 7mge manual ones are not easy to find, any other solutions?

there are 2 sizes of flywheel/clutch for M motors, i believe they are 225 and 240mm. from memory i am running a lightened 4m flywheel and 5m clutch kit on my 7m but its definately the smaller one for quicker spin-up
