Hey guys anyone have experience with a good slimline fan, by that i mean that pulls a lot of air??

i highly doubt they can pull as much air as the stockie, coz thats bloody great but have to remove it due to my intake and FMIC

just been looking at ebay atm also wondering whats the biggest size someones got on for a standard gt-four rad?? these poor Gt-Fours are always too hot

    Are they?
I have no problems with mine pushing 170KW on hot Adelaide days.
And thats with the factory radiator and fans.

Is your thermo fan running all the time?
I would suggest you get your radiator reco'ed before you do anything else.

ive heard a few people say it wasnt as good as the stock one. and ive noticed when the stock one is going its bloody strong. just didnt wanna loose that performance. But they are ridiculously heavy.

    Um, nope you didnt...

Anyway, thermo fans should only be used when driving at low speeds or at idle.
If your thermo is turning on when driving >40kph, youve got other airflow/radiator issues.

Spal fans are slim and good quality...but expensive compared to Asian made ones.
