trying to change the STD 1.32 rocker ratio of my 2TC to 1.4 on the cheap.
Could I do this by buying 0.096" longer pushrods?
or shave .08mm off the rocker towers and use the std pushrods?
Cheers

'I've scrapped better.' John stated when asked about the car by the guy with the silver tipped cowboy boots!
No idea how rocker arms work so I just took a stab at it...
Cheers for clearing that up, so in other words there is no other way to change the ratio without changing the rocker arms them selves?
Also whats an offset bushing ?
the rocker ratio IS the rockers???
ie, length of valve side of rocker : length of cam side of rocker.....
offset bushing is a bushing that is offset to one side??
err...
how come you have such a non standard cam/valve springs and no idea how to use them?
are they from the same engine? who did you buy them off? surely they have the rockers and rocker towers you need?

Haven't bothered to read about rockers yet so I wasn't entirely sure.
I understood there's a ratio involved just didn't understand how it came to be.
I do now though, cheers heaps for that.
Should of done some reading before asking silly questions.

I would think the cam would still work with the 1.32 rockers but would just give you slightly less lift at the valve.
