usually u need to screw a piece of metal or a special tool to it to keep it still dont you?
    and then it will unscrew
you can do anything at http://www.zombo.com/
    the only limitation is yourself

it wont be left hand thread, some bolts are that freaking tight u need a 5 foot lever on them.

try putting it in gear and someone on the brakes, some kind of pipe for big leverage and it should undo.

    goodluck

yeah thay are done up to about 300Nm!!!!!!! i use a big 3/4 drive socket with a long pipe for leverage, put the car in 4th or 5th gear with someone in the car foot on break and pull on the pipe

i still like oldcorollas theory of oil down a plug a hole to hydro lock it.
note, only do this if engine is coming apart
although, the oil could be cleared if u were to take out spark plug.

big rattle gun is best idea, depends if u can get it in there or not.
i know i have major issues getting one on it coz of how the engine sits.

    normal thread.
so first off try the in gear foot on brakes method. and rattle gun.
if you only have a pissy rattle gun, or none at all. go borrow one from a truck shop.
failing that, use a strong 6 faced socket. dont wanna round the bolt! and use a breaker bar and large pole etc etc.

ive never had luck with the starter motor method, but some people have...

Also if there are ano holes drilled to balance the pulley, fit a couple of HT bolts into them (they aren't threaded but should be a snug fit) inseret bar across them and turn till it syops against something solid. Then undo with big bar.

Get an impact socket (22mm or 24mm, can't remember), and buy one of these Powerbar crank pulley removers.
Bash it with a sledge a few times and it will come off very easily. We had the one off the 1JZ in under 5 minutes.

The rubber handle is out of the photo unfortunately, but you can see the handle in the 2nd pic. Helps if you have one person hold the handle while the other person bangs away with the sledge (you'll need balls of solid rock )

used and recommend starter motor method.

Just make sure you've disconnected all forms of spark and fuel before proceeding with this. Otherwise hilarity (and pain) may ensue
