Gday Guys.Ive just put a 7mge with auto in to my ma61.I used the factory 7m auto from a cressida witch run a computer.Becouse of the wiring issues of rewireing in to my car what i would like to no will the factory auto box from my ma61 bolt up 2 the 7m and do i have to change tourqe converters etc any help would be great thank u.Jason

Using the MA61 auto as opposed to the 7mge auto would be a significant backwards step.

The 7mge wiring isn't really that hard to get working correctly, I suggest you look at doing that instead

Is the Cressida ecu a combined auto and engine ecu? (I know the Supra's is separate, not sure about Cressida).

If it is combined, then you don't really need to do any extra wiring, maybe 1 or 2 extra wires, and it will all work.
If its separate, it will take a fair bit of thinking to get it right.

The wiring harness is completly different and runs a seprit computer and is wired up completly seperit.Is there any difference between a cressida glx and the grande gair box as i have the grande box.Cheers 4 the help guys
