Question How to connect 20V alt to 4agze loom?

    Heres the problem:

I'm trying to connect a 20V alternator to an ae92 4agze wiring loom.
I know that the 20v alternator is internally regulated, as was the original 4agze alternator. Both alternator plugs have 3 wires coming out of them, but the wires are different colours and the plugs different shapes... It should just be a matter of swapping plugs, so does anyone know which colour wire connects to which?

Colours on 20V alt plug - red, white, yellow

Colours on loom (4agze alt plug) - white, yellow, black/yellow

Can anyone tell me what goes to what and confirm that it is just a matter of swapping plugs?

    Cheers!

the sticker on the alternators tell you which pin is which, giving the labels - S, IG and L.
    S - battery sense
    IG - ignition
    L - charge light
    ...... butt scratcher?!
