Yup AFPR. x2 044 will be plenty. Same for lift pump but make it a low pressure circuit with an overflow back to the main tank from the surge tank and run your return line to the surge as well.

Pretty sure i have some 7M injectors you could have cheap but i don't have any GTE ones.

I wouldn't push for much more unless it's a rare dyno comp squirt.....they are tough engines bu that 300-320rwkw seems to be the safe long term limit.

I'm thinking of running e85 later you see, so I do want the head room for the additional volume.

I just bought 6 GTE injectors, now to find another two.

When you say 'same for lift pump' do you mean that it'll be ok?

And do lift pumps have to go in tank? I'm kinda new to the 'filling a surge tank' thing.

Yup, pretty well any EFI pump will work as a lift pump. Lift pumps don't need to be in-tank but most factory style EFI pumps are already in-tank, hence why you'd use it. If running an external lift pump then probably better just to get a high vol/low pressure pump like a Facet or similar and more tolerant of dry starts.

I was hoping to use the fuel pump that i have access to (not sure if it's actually in tank or not) and run it outside the ra23 tank.

Then if it dies I might replace it.

BTW - what TB have you used?

Stock TB is plenty big enough for any conceivable HP and that's what i use. Only reason not to would be other setup needs, it'll never be a HP restriction.

im running 7mgte 440's @ 60psi and 310rwkw and have a lot of pulse width left. im confident theyll hold to around 360rwkw.

if i had the money, id prob go to 600cc or 800cc at that level tho

nah, just have 2, sorry. just a few spares i had left over, been cleand and flowed with the rest of the injectors im currently running, but now not being used. if i can get my hands on another 4 ill let you know?
