although i am yet to test it, but here is what I know about AC connectors on the ECM:
AC1: takes a -ve to adjust ISCV (I have verified the -ve on multiple toyota ECMs however, always test polarity using a tester).
ACT: sends a -ve OR +ve (yet to be established) signal to cut off sginal to AC magnetic clutch temporarily. Occurs usually under conditions as such as when you break from being stationery i.e. zero speed. ACT is connected to the AC module, which in turn controls the AC compressor magnetic clutch.
