what a great day. Thanks to all who turned up and gave me plenty of sweet cars to perv on.

Just wanted to chime in and comment out how well organised it all was! Had a good day, just like everyone else there... Great work guys, was awesome meeting a fair new guys and their classics!

Made me want to get my TA22 back on the road more than EVER!!!

Awesome day, fantastic turnout, lots of beautiful classics to look at.
Great job on the bbq guys and yep the gelato was yummy as.
This is definately one of my favorite cruises.

awesome day. got a little rough staying focused driving back to canberra but got home ok and my little rusty purple bomb did not have one problem all day

thanks to those who organized this event and all those who attended, seeing nothing but celicas in front and behind as far as you can see is an unreal experience and i would not have missed it for the world.

i will post some of my good photos later, for now i need sleep.

What an Awesome Day !

For obvious reasons this is my Favorite Cruise of the year and we were a little worried that the weather forecasts might put a dampener on the event. I should have known that the threat of a little rain wouldn't keep any true Celica fan away and with I believe 30 Classic Celica's turning up to Wisemans Ferry there was an fantastic turn out.

A couple of quick thank you's are in order.



Firstly to my Brother Scrote and his shop Coffee Fest for Sponsoring the day and providing the Gelato that was available. Its the first time we have had a desert option and judging by how few were left over it seems like it went down well.

Secondly to Pete and Kirsty for getting the BBQ going early so that we could have things ready for everyone when they arrived and to Anthony for jumping in and helping out as soon as he arrived. Also a special thanks to Pete's wife Karen for looking after Harry while we went about getting things ready.

The biggest thank you goes to everyone who turned up on the day. We really appreciate the effort people go to take get to this event and the distance's traveled by the Canberra and Newcastle crowd. As with any event its only as good as the people who attend and this one gets better every year.

A mention to Dav for printing out the Celica Quiz Sheets River and I prepared, We tried to make the questions easier this year but since we only got 4 quiz sheets returned from the 50 we had printed I am not sure if people got carried away chatting and forgot about them or if its just River and I who enjoy the challenge of the Celica Trivia.



Questions and Answers are above. Oh the answer to Question 9 was 4. It seems to have been left off the answer sheet.

The winner Anthony - aka Gold28 scored a disappointing 11/20 and can collect his Toymods Racing Shirt when convenient. He only Beat Steve from Canberra by 1 !

It was a blast of a day today thoroughly enjoyed the cars and the social aspect. The turnout was massive and the rain kept away. This event has to be the greatest and one of my favourite events of the whole year. so many beautiful cars and awesome people to chat too.
A big thanks to everyone organising the bbq and the gelato was sweet, scrote i hope i didnt take you the long way back home mate lol.
