Personally I'd reccommend a helmet, I didn't wear one in the Supra on the skid pan once and fuck it hurt when I hit my head on the top of the door/window.

I don't know what deal the toyota nationals have with dubbo car club. Last time I raced at wellington with the dubbo car club my helmet was checked. But then so was my long sleeves.
Can an organiser confirm drag race requirements?

If its an ANDRA sanctioned event (which I assume it is since a component of your entry is an ANDRA day licence) then long clothes will be required, and helmets should be checked.

Hi, there's no "deal" with DCCC, they are ok with our helmets and told Dave its only a problem if the cars run faster than 10sec on 1/8th mile. If so they have a new ANDRA regs helmet that they'll lend out.

ahhh, that makes more sense! From ANDRA's normal regs, a car running 10.99 or quicker on the 1/4 mile would make the same distinction at 7.00 or quicker on the 1/8th mile.

wrecked: plenty of cars were running in the 8-9 second range, with the quickest running low 7's from memory.

iv gone last minute before, n we were able to find a room, had to try a few places but got 1. just ring around tomorrow.
& im sure they would let you enter on friday, danae may give you a slap on wrist cause you forgot about the NATIONALS. i think a beer bribe may be in order.
