Powersteering in AE82?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to get all the power steering gear from an AE92 and put it into an '87 Corolla Twin Cam AE82 thus making it power steering?

If so how hard would this conversion be if anyone has done it?

Just source all the gear from an AE82 with PS? Don't know how many had it, but I have wrecked one with PS, but I sent all the crap to the tip cause no one wanted it!
All you need is the PS rack, fluid reservoir, PS pump and the lines! but means u will have to take the engine and box out, its probably not worth the hassle unless your gonna run some huge rims with 250 wide tyres! But I have never driven an AE82 with PS so I don't know how much of a difference it makes!

makes a fair difference at low speed, but not much when going fast.
feels good though, not too light like fords/holdens etc.
but yeah i dont know if id bother unless you had the engine out already.

I didn't know there was power steering in any AE82 corolla....you learn something new everyday

This is not actually for me...someone who wants to buy my car wanted to know if it was possible...
