Hey Guys
So im in the process of replacing my ct12a's and i wondering what tool i needed to remove the oil flange and turbo to exhaust manifold studs.
They are 6 sided (not star shaped torx)
Cheers
Matt

Why not just put a second nut on, lock them together and wind it out like that? Every time I try to wind studs out using the bits on the end they strip on me![]()
I am the sun
I was making a joke, but forgot to make it clear at the end that i actually did use the trick Dale mentioned. Tighten two nuts against each other and use them to undo the studs.

roller type stud extractor will also do the trick.
or a six pointed hex socket will have nowhere to go. worth a try.
