Rain puts it all in a different perspective. Pros: cooler, less wear and tear on the car, less fuel and makes you significantly smoother with driving.

Cons, slippery as all crap, fear of spearing off end of track into gravel trap.............like i did last time....BEACHED WHALE, with mud from one end to the other.

Mind you that time was on 4 year old bald semi slicks, this time it will be on 2 year old treaded semi slicks......................hopefully it wont be as sketchy !

What would be perfect is a still dry 20 degree day.............NICE !

I think one of the most fun times i have had in the passenger seat was in Garths car in the wet as he reefed on the handbrake and drifted though basically every corner on the track.

Speaking of feelings on the track:

The most scared i have ever been was in Cuzzos..............OBVIOUSLY !

The most relaxed was in Dravens Supra..he may have been texting at the time .

The most understeer was in 4AGTEs Turbo Polo.the sidewalls on the front yres were destroyed, oh he also thew a hub cap..hahahahaah, then ran over it the next lap muhwahahahaahaha

Keen to get some more passenger laps this time ..HINT HINT

I thought i took you for a couple of laps in my old corolla at one point? that was sketchy as hell though the kink when it was turbocharged haha

The handbrake needs to be tightened on the GTI.. i've already tightened it once but it barely holds the car on any incline unless it's in gear The lack of powersteering would also make using the handbrake interesting. A/C compressor is siezed and as soon as I sourced a replacement the tensioner decided it wanted to go walkabout on the old pacific highway.. thus I need to find another one now.

I think of wakefield in the wet and all I can think of is the first time i exited the pits to see dylan doing pirouettes in front of me hahaha
