What W5X is this box?

Speedo did not work when I bought the car, just had a look that the speedo gear drive and it seems that they don't touch at all. The gear drive is marked 10/32 but seems to small a OD to even touch the drive gear on the output sharft. Does ant know what speedo gear would work, and also the type of W5X it is?

We can't tell you what gearbox it is from the gears, work it out via RPM at a set speed; for example
2nd gear @ 60kph
3rd gear @ 60kph
4th gear @ 60kph
5th gear @ 60kph

Then you can work out the ratios of the gears in relation to each other. A W55 will be most easily identified by the 1st->2nd->3rd->4th gear ratios. A W57 and W58 will be discovered by 4th->5th gear ratios.
