Default Gasket interchangability on 3S-GTE engine series?

Car is MR2 Jap spec turbo. As title, I need a stock head, intake manifold to head and turbo manifold to head gasket for an engine here, but I can't recall if it's from a Gen 1 or 2 car. Are they the same as I need one of each please. Can I date the engine from its engine number? Thanks

gen1 and gen2 3sgte's have the same gasket's for the eaxhaust and inlet side of the head.

gen1 and 2 3sgte heads have the TVIS design. gen3's dont and have different port spacing's on both inlet and exhaust side fo head.

only diff you'll come across on the gen2 3sgte heads is some had 9bolts for the exhaust manifold, most only had 7 tho.

Use www.toyodiy.com, enter id numbers and search the part numbers yourself. I've ordered parts this way and it's accurate.

Up and including '92. Not sure on months. '93 and beyond are gen 3.

It is definitely not out of a gen 3 as it has an AFM. I can count the manifold studs and I now know the head gasket type, should be OK now, thanks!
