1UZ Injector question

Ive got a Celsior engine and ECU, but have a set of Soarer injectors Id like to put in it.

Celsior Injectors are 215CC and Soarer are 251CC.

Is the ECU going to have any issues trying to work this out?
Its a reasonable increase on the stock injectors, and I want to make sure its not going to run like a dog before upgrading them.

Any suggestions?

You'd probably need some piggyback to rule this out. Different injectors may (and usually do) have very different performance in small duty cycle area, so it may be insufficient just to correct injection duraton proportionally "everywhere". Because different amount of correction will be needed in low rpm/light load and high rpm/wot regions.

I thought having the bigger injectors would make a slight difference, and if they slotted straight in, why not upgrade them?

Because the car will just use more fuel, and thus make less power.

If you plan on supercharging it though (M90 wise), hold on to them.

I would love to.
Depends on how things go over the next 5 years.
Its taken me that long so far, and I havent really achieved anything, so waiting that much longer again wont hurt.

Yeah, I wouldn't be running with bigger injectors until such time as you have a need for the extra fuel...
