Changed cell padding from 6 to 3.

Editted the postbit template to ad a location section which lists the state the member is from.

Changed the postbit to have the the user info display on the left hand side of the posts. This takes a fair amount of space so that it is able to resize for different size names etc without haveing the tables look messed up.

Not too sure if I like it.

Editted the forum home template to move the Calander to the top of the page and make the title bar be full width.

Tweaked the calender posting permissions so it is only updated by Mods as it is the Official Toymods Events Calender.

Added a new inter state events sub-forum and made it the parent of all the individual state events forums.
