do u have a bigport or smallport the 100kw motors ditched tvis
the TVIS equipped cars came with a pulsation damper part number 23270 below.
In the high comp engines it appears the damper went away..... when I look for 23270, it is no longer an option
I've got a high comp(smallport) 4AGE engine, standalone, RC 320cc low ohm injectors, fuel pump is from B18 equipped Integras(115 lph), TOM'S 20V FPR(no vacuum pull off)
So, my question is..... Do I need a pulsation damper?

building my 4agte ae82
It is a smallport engine with a custom intake manifold for rwd application....
ADDENDUN question: Can a TPS function if mounted upside down? What I'm getting at is the TPS plug, and the pulse damper are what interfere with each other, SOOOO if I can mount the TPS upside down, the plug will face forward, instead of rearward, providing enough room to mount the pulse damper....
So, can the throttle position sensor (4AGE 1990+ and 1UZ in USA) be mounted upside down?

The TPS is simply either a variable resistor or a switch assembly (depending on model), if it will physically fit then it will work. Give it a try.
I ditched my pulsation dampener and noticed no difference.

I need a working 4AGE bottom end. Pref smallport GZE, but all others considered. Also complete motors.
Drift Volvo. Was fun. 2JZ next time.
