7MGTE injectors go into 4AGE
as does
1GGE injectors
1GGTE//7MGE (1GGZE???) same
7MGTE
3SGTE
3SGE
1J wont
Eldar.O.
Gen1/2 1GGTE injectors are low impedance with a resistor pack, Gen3 ones are high. It shouldn't matter if you're going aftermarket though.
Also, the 295cc 7MGE injectors are same as the Gen1/2 1GGTE, and the 315cc 7MGE ones are same as the Gen3.

I'd like to know this too. I hear that the 4AGZE AFM injectors fit (so that means heaps.)Originally Posted by barned01

well ive been thinking for an upgrade for my 2tgteu
ive found that 4age fit. so now that means that either i need 3sgte or 7mgte because they are interchangable with the 4age ones correct ???
ive got an ems so the ohms rating wont be a drama, just need to get the right plugs

light green(315) and yellow (295) 7mge injectors are a direct replacment for the standard 1uzfe items.
as said a thousand times previously 7mgte 440cc fit straight on a 1g![]()
but if anyones after something a little bigger 13bt 550cc injectors fit straight on too![]()
caint remember if they series 4 or 5 though, i dont really know my rotories too well![]()
cheers steve,
24 hours in a day, 24 beers in a case..................coincidence?
1ggte, 11.22 @122mph
It's both. Not sure about series 6 but I suspect they're the same as well.

As I found out when doing my loom, my 7MGTE injectors matched my Gen2 1GGTE plugs perfectly but not my Gen3 ones. I don't know whether this is a date thing or par for the course for all 7M injectors. Nothing a little filing couldn't fix, it's just the indexing was wrong.

Just some further input on the injector size and calculations.
Quoted by HP Imports no 66.
Choose power you are aiming for (RWKW)
For example, power aim is 370rwkw from a 6 cyl GTR
All injector ratings are worked out in crankshaft power, so the first thing we do is to
add 17% to rear wheel figure to get in the ballpark.
Calculate (370 + 17% = 432kw or (multiply by 1.34) for 580hp.
the conversion to HP makes sense her as this gives you the ability to select an American injector (rated in lbs/hour) or Euro/ Jap style (rated in cc/min.
With 580hp at crank, we then determine each cyl power output (580hp divided by 6)
is 97hp. As a rough guide each injector will have to support 100hp per cyl of fuel flow.
Now if this 100hp were halved, it gives us the 'pound per hour' rating of the injector needed to get the job done. The 50lb/hour answer that this calculation gives then needs to be multiplied by 10.4 to give the 'cc per minute' or metric rating of the injector, which is 520cc.
may help more people, it help me choose injectors.

Hey all, I have some 4agze injectors I believe. They are a darkish green colour plug that is roundish in shape. Urgently need plugs to suit. What's the most common car I'd find these on at a wrecker?
Thanks

Have a look at this ebay site.
http://shop.ebay.com.au/osidetiger/m...&_trksid=p3686
they sell add on injector extensions.
I bought one that allows my EV1 plug, to plug into the round ones commonly used (denso) on later models.
Email them and tell then what type you need.
