Exclamation 25 October 2009 - CCG North Easterly Cruise

    Date: 25 October 2009
    Start time: 9:00am
    Meet: Hume Service Station
    94-96 Sheppard Street
    Hume, ACT

The gist of this is that it has been a while since the CCG has run a cruise as an event.
So without further ado, we give you the CCG North Easterly cruise.

The theme of the cruise is that you must have more than one person per car!!

We don't mind if your Toyota is in the shed.
Come along anyway, even if you bring your parents Mitsubishi Verada!!

We'll head out of Canberra through Quangers and Bungendore to Tarago.
We stop in at the Tarago Pub to chill back, relax have a bite to eat and some drink!
Then head back home via Bywong for some Twisty roads and part ways at the Epic Service Station.

    Tarago Pub:

This will be a relaxed cruise.
The aim is to just get out for a nice sunny drive and see some scenery.

If you’re interested in coming along please RSVP on facebook, hit us up on ToyMods or shoot Jeremy an email - [email protected]
If you get lost along the way give Jeremy a ring - 0420303702

Things to bring: CCG shirts, CB radio, money for lunch & beer, full tank of fuel.

    Cheers.
    The CCG Team

... this sounds really good... I don't think I can get the day off work, though.

The Bungers-Tarago leg is good. It's where I learnt to drive. Keep an eye out for the new wind farm. There are stunning views of it from Buckinham Estate (just North of Bungers) through to Mt. Fairy (halway between Bungers and Tarago).
My original TA22 http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=9058 very slow progress is being made. Very slow...

    Hardy ha...

I'll try but it depends on how the body recovers after cricket. I've been spending the last 2 Sunday's after cricket on the lounge room floor to try to straighten it back out...

    Start time is fine.

Never been out to Tarago so it should be good to have a look out there and see what the roads are like.
