Hello toy crew, how's it rusting. My name is Owen, that is Gowen when driving my 131 Fiat super brava & Slowen when opperating my luxes. The white RN41 I have had for 14 years, 4 engines, 20 carburretors, various cams exhausts dizzy's ect ect. Never did get one skin pulled off a rice pudding I flog the living (r@p out of it & must say that I am impressed by the durability of the 18 R but I figure that is because they just can not develop enough power to destroy them selves.
When I drive the Fiat I tend to get in a rant about, look at this ! 2 bloody litres of square free reving twin cam 8 valve power. Look how it climbs, fuel efficient too, that bloody ota is a briggs & stratton, mate a mower would blow it away. on & on . Mr drinky drinky it gets called, its a petroholic + with my # 10 up it;s back side.
Sooow. I bought another one . Same year, same month, 14 utes later. SR5 styleside, you know, the wood grain dash jobby, 18 rattle clang, 5 speed. Commence to flog this thing & she goes diesel on me, like heaps of wood peckers . OK jerk the workings & replace with my spare crow #2 cammed rc, Go, man does she go, might even challenge the wife for a drag. She has a three cly CHARADE .
Just bought a 18 rg (rattle & go), $300 complete, carbs exh, fan to fly wheel. He threw in an rc, some high comp looking head & mobs of gaskets. Got her all pulled down for rebuild & mods (88253). That tractor engine thread is a beaut, so helpfull, thanks guys

Hi everyone Elliot here I'm new to this forum, actually its the first forum I have ever joined. I I own 3 toyotas, 2007 camry, 1996 Hiace and my pride & joy MA61 1984 Supra which I bought in Perth back in Feb 2010, myself and 2 mate drove it back over 4 days its was a great adventure. I plan to swap the engine in the Supra some time in the future but for now I am enjoying driving the car too much to take it off the road! I have a 1JZ ready when the time comes and no doubt will find lots of valuable info here...

I just bought an RA65 Celica to do some work on it. Finaly got my baby back after my first being written off about a year ago.

Has a few rust spots that need to be fixed, as they all do.
