do a full flush and fill it up with clean oil or you might loser horsepower.
no but seriously if your cooler is 'full' of oil then you probably wont have any left in the engine and your problems will start there.
if by 'full' you mean a light coating of oil in the inside of the cooler and pipes and little puddles in the low spots, then it is pretty standard for ageing/boosted stock turbo 2jzgte.
could be turbos leaking, or you need to get a proper oil breather set up.
either way oil in the intake lines can decrease your octane rating and this is what you would worry about mostly.
