cv seal leaking on ae101 lsd box

i have a ae82 4agze running the ae101 LSD gearbox

this is my second major fail seal on my passenger side CV
i take so much care to clean and install the cv gently even checked the shaft for any rough spots and the last time i sanded the shaft with 2000grit s/paper just to make sure

i install the new seal and for the first 500km's theres no leaks and around 1000km its gone today i was greated to 3L of gearbox oil on my driveway

i also have a problem with the filler plug leaking and i dont over fill it as i fill it at ground level and use the fill plug with a hose from the top
so far i have used 2 spare copper washers and a brand new toyota alloy type washer and it still leaks i have cleaned the breather also
im using 80w-90w grade oil

any help would be great as i just cant understand why its happening seems everyone has this gearbox bug oil leak atm

Can you see where the seal is failing? It's pretty rare for driveshaft seals to leak, the only time I've seen them leak is when the spring had fallen out of the seal, and when the dust cover thing on the cv was damaged and pushing against the seal

the seal is in great condition with no signs of damage the leak is at the bottom of the shaftand it is leaking constantly
