HT = is heater ... needs to be switched 12+
I's suggest you think of the O2 sensor wiring this way:
Heater+
Heater-
Ox
Earth (for Ox)
The pair of wires going to the heater are not polarised. As long as one gets ignition-switched 12+ and the other goes to earth, you're good.
The earth for the Ox should to go to the ECU earth - same earth as the other sensors (temp or AFM) would be best.
The only wire that needs to go to the ECU is the Ox.
