sr20det into ke20 conversion/upgrade

I am embarking on a project of street legal sr20 det (or dett??

) ke 20 and am wanting any help with what is involved.
I am very aware of the extensive changes needed but need help with contacts and info on work needed.
I'm unsure on brake upgrades available/necessary and if i need to get different struts or control arms. things such as diff ,ratios , axles and hubs ( want to make it 5 stud)are all areas of need. i'm a first time "threader" so be gentle.
I'm aware this project is going to cost me in excess of $20,000 but have a 5 year plan to complete. i am also wanting to do other mods to the car such as droptank, metal body kit and flaring of wheel gaurds.

altered cross members come into mind, pretty much pretend your car is being brand newly built, caus that what it will come down to.
