Power to the coil and earthing? Make sure everything is secure than the wiring isn't split.
hey,my GF's mum has an old AE82 corolla with a 4AC engine, and lately its been cutting out randomly when shes driving it, just stops running..., then starts again and will go on, until it conks out again, i had aquick look, and my first tohught was a clogged fuel filter as it looked ancient and was quite hard to blow through, so i changed that and no fixxy. about a month ago we changed the fuel ppump on it, but if it was that i guess we woulve seen a problem sooner. if anyone on here can help me out i would very greatful! as im at a bit of a loss, and have very little understanding with carbys, its not even part of my mechanics apprenticship anymore (lol)
