TA22 indicator assembly

Hi people,

I am currently re-assembling the front end of my TA22 celica and have run into a bit of trouble.

I have replaced the indicator brackets with fresher ones of a different TA22. I think the problem is that the brackets might be slightly straighter than my original ones so the whole assembly does not line up properly around the guard... The front end of my celica had been backed into and I think everything is slightly out of shape...

Just wondering if anyone has any flicks of the front indicator area of a TA22 celica.

I am specificly interested in the main indicators at the front end, not the small ones on the guards.

I am looking for quite detailed images of how it lines up around the guards.

I have looked through the members rides section but cant seem to find the right angle or anything close enough...

My indicators one fastened to the bracket just dont sit well near the guards like on your picture...

Do you think that the 4 small screws that hold the indicator housing to the bracket have alot to do with how it will fit near the guards?

whats happening when you slide the assembly through the 3 holes
does it not touch/reach the sheetmetal or the opposite
or is there a gap between the indicator and the guard

All three bolts slide in and the bracket sits flush, but the actual indicator housing is off...

Its not that its way off, but it definitely does not look right...

It seems like there is a piece of the guard obstructing the part of the indicator housing that the bumper sits in (hope you get my drift?).

I might upload some flicks to show the obstruction...
