More than likely it will be the timing chain guides at the front of the engine causing your noise. Does it miss when warm?
When the car is cold, it will miss heeps bad for a couple of secs, till the point of where full throtle will keep the car idleling, and shkes cough and splaters. Also car is super omg lag but i am assuming that is normal. What could this missing be? and also,is the 3tc oil pressure sender same as 3tg?
second prob is the lifters are super loud especialy on start up but even when the car has been running for a while, it is still quite loud. Is there after market options avalible? and want to change the vavle springs while im at it.
Timming chain, cant seem to find anyone who can supply stronger aftermarket timming chanes

im assuming when its warm it idles and drives normally?
yep, when warm, everything is good, eccept for lifter noises, really loud ticking and i recently notice the idle isnt as smooth as it use to be
coolant temp sensor playing up possibly.
will be all of $15 for a new one or so, take your old one into bursons or somewhere and they'l be able to source another one.
could be, just did a coolant flush less than 400kms ago and replaced thermostat, temp sensors looked good and clean still
samething happening again, cough and splaters only when cold
