    I like this.

Good job. These are just the dimensions I ask for when these calipers come up for sale.

Anyone got the Hilux dimensions, the one that is recommended for the Pugeot rotor conversion?

I can supply 80 Series Landcruiser for comparison.

    Regards

80 Series Landcruiser and Hilux should be exactly the same. Only i think one has a nodule on the front which sits out slightly.
I have some Hilux calipers, but they are currently fitted and as such would be slightly difficult to measure. However, i am soon to be upgrading them to Mazda alloy 4spots and will measure them up then if no-one has done so before.

    Takai,

If that is the case, I'll confirm when I measure, then the Hilux/Pugeot rotor conversion makes for a damn heavy combination.

I got a very cheap set of Lancrusier calipers and started to fit them up to some RA23 struts/hubs with a rotor I'd selected and gave up as the weight of the caliper was rediculous compared to the gain in brake performance (if any) over an RA65 caliper on the same disc. All into a TA-22.

Interesting to find out the weight of the Hilux caliper then.

My Hilux calipers weigh in at just over 6kg each. According to Australia Post that is. Had a pair sent to me and the box all up was 12.5kg with extremely little weight in the packing (potato bubble things).

I've got a set of Porshe Boxster calipers... pricey compared to Z, RX and GTR, but costing just a little over $1250 new for a full kit to fit an Audi, They were a bargin compared to the brembo labled and half the weight... two peice design, so just find a good turner/machinist, and will fit over a 22mm thick disc. Will post pics.
