Clint's Coffee Convergence - Saturday October 3rd, 2009 - 9:30am - In Sydney!!!

Yep, it's on again! Come down, grab a coffee and some breakfast if you're so inclined, and revel in the bullshit! An opportunity for those of us not burning the midnight oil to get a car ready for Toyota Fest to catch up at a more leisurely pace, and socialise a bit more before the car show the following day.

DATE: SATURDAY October 3rd, 2009!!!

TIME: 9:30am

BRING: Appetite and the desire for real coffee, and money to feed the parking meter(street parking).

LOCATION: "Clint's Cafe" - cnr of Darlinghurst Rd and Macleay St, Potts Point - There's a cafe with a good undercover outdoor area between the water fountain and The Bourbon Bar - that's where we'll be! You can park on the street, or there is also a 24 hours carpark just a short walk away ( on Elizabeth Bay Rd, underneath the Lawrence Hargrave Park)






Basically just a meet up and dribble shit type affair, with coffee/breakfast/recovery aids available near by. I've chosen this location as it's known to us interstate people, and should also be fmailiar with the locals too, so if you're not adverse to a bit of bullshit, or need a good hearty breakfast so you can clean your car like a mofo for Toyfest the following day, come on down!

If you're considering alternatives, where are you staying so that it can be relatively close to that?

Good point - we're staying in Elizabeth Bay, about 2 minutes walk from the King's Cross strip. We had breakfast there last year a few times, the environment was fine at that time of morning, the only thing putting me off moving it there is street parking, and finding enough bays.

There's also Norton St at Leichhardt, which is Sydney's Italian district. Bar Italia and lots of coffee shops about, and some of the best coffee in Sydney.
