No, it won't fit there, it hits basically everything.
As has been said before, the very few twin charged 1G's that have been done, started with a GZE base, as, as you know, its a damn sight easier to custom up turbo manifolds etc.

Brett, consider a GE manifold, i've seen a GZE with a GE manifold and the SC14 hanging just below it. Surely the inverse of putting both items on a GTE would be possible.

have you pulled out your a/c compressor. . i have and it seems like there is alot of room available in that corner now. . . surely u could fit an a sc in that space - custom mounts though ?

You could fit a supercharger in that "area" with no aircon compressor, but not using the factory SC mounts and the GTE manifold

A friend of mine has told me of a hilux ute in redcliffe that is running a 1G GTE with a supercharger setup as well.
I have not seen this for myself but he was pretty confident that the thing had both setup, has anyone heard of this before?
I would think it could still not outperform a good single turbo upgrade.

a good single turbo cant easily make 10 psi from idle
i think ill end up using a 3S for the twincharge prototype....when i get around to it
