    Is it possible to adjust cam timing with standard cams in a 3SGE ?

    Yeah, but only by removing the cam belt. = pain in the butt.

    I read on the forum that 3SGTE adjustable cam gears fit, try searching for that possibly? I dont think there's much gain to be had unless you've got aftermarket cams though.

    I'm confused a little.

    Do you have adjustable cam wheels? cause if not then you would only be able to adjust by the teeth and belt which would give you something likr 10deg per tooth which would be shit and give you 0 benefits and more likely give you lots of downsides.

    In short you could but you would recieve no gains
