Alex might not be keen on carrying the extra weight in his new toy on the day, the extra weight might hold it back, I heard its a bit short on power, if you drive around in 3rd gear from a standing start

Lucky you solved that problem otherwise i would of been pretty disappointed with the performance of this car. D is for Drive, how was i meant to know it was 3rd gear haha.

Sounds good Seb, hopefully they dont fall through the rust hole in the boot on the way home hehe

    nevermind, im an idiot .

I thought the trash and treasure carpark was across the road from Ultimate Tunes so i thought it was going to be the site of the car show. In reality they are about 1km apart...

I see people still don't check the Ccg Website...

I'll probably only stick around till 12pm. I've only got the car on a day permit and i dont want to spend the whole day sitting in a carpark

You might not be able to leave once you park though Alex as is often the case with shows these days.

Hence the get there early mentality.

As we should be parked close to an exit.

I think the show and shine will wrap up around 12pm but no doubt the dyno comp will still be going till late into the day.

So for those of us not wanting to dyno we will be able to go for a cruise instead.

    Cheers

    Good thinking.

    Driving > static displays*

I've got some late nights ahead this week to have the car installed and running with the new ECU

Got about 5% of what I wanted done over the weekend.

*unless the static display involves a smoke show from Alex

haha, no deal. I had to put Kedderz' old Gamblers with pretty new tyres onto the car so that i could atleast drive it around.
Theres more rubber in the rear guards then there is on the wheels that came with the car
