Bahaha! Nice one Alex! Sounds like you had fun in it finally.

Phil, when your car makes 260 killerwasps I think its colour is irrelevant! Lets just say that Jeremy is just jealous because his mkII has a 4M in it

That blue RA28, I just realised, it had a side exit pipe. And one coming out bum. Why for are there 2?

Have a couple of my pics died since I uploaded them, or is my interwhebz just shit?

Was good to see some nice Toyota's out their nice earlier in the day
I only managed to get one shot of your car from the back. There were too many people around it when I was trying to get shots from the front.

It did look as though it was going to die at about 12 but then we got hit with a wave of cars and the afternoon seemed to vanish, It was great to see all those familiar faces and meet new ones, and we have secured Federal and Shannons on board for next year which we already have a lot of ideas for. It was also awesome to see a Toyota take out the RWD class and Dyno Dominator trophies.

We came up with this day 4 weeks ago and it was just to see if something like this would either sink or swim in Canberra, and none of us really knew what to expect…But thanks to people like yourselves we now know that events like this are wanted and they will only get better from here.

    Regards

p.s the pea shooter pipe at the back of the car is the dummy pipe, and while parked attracts a lot less attention than the side pipe, which as anyone who went on the Classic Celica Appreciation Day cruise will tell you it is well and truly 129 decibels!

So this was the winner of the crowd voted show and shine award.

Which i think is kinda funny considering most of us spent the day laughing at the owners dress sense...

    Cheers

Its annoying that he won because he is a arrogant douchefag (4 different people stated that, not just me) and he only bought the car 3 days before the event which is a bit shit as none of the work was his doing. Also, he seemed to struggle to speak english properly

He had a hot girlfriend though
