but it clear's without the rca ?, try them without the rca.
Hey guys long story short. Ive made custom coilovers, shortened them by 40mm to fit the sw20 agx inserts, Tried to fit the suspension together with a 35mm - RCA to correct geomitry. When i put the RCA's in my struts fouls on my swaybar and the lca is hard up against my rotor.
Ive got 355mm lca's from an unknown vechile that have been grounded down to give the rotor clearance by previous owner for the standard setup. The struts are xt130 with pug/hilux
I am not to sure what i should do. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are they negative camber (offset) roll centre adjusters?

Is rex saying that in this case, they might be positive camber roll centre adjusters? haha
Indeed, Rex is suggesting that depending on their method of location, If they are camber RCA's they could be in backwards.
This fits all of the symptoms and as they say 'The simpleset answer is often the correct one'
One mans "Correct the geometry..." may be another mans "Need to take some negative camber out after lowering, and fitting longer control arms..."

Yer they clear without rca's and car gets slight bit of bump steer. I machined the rca's down to 25mm from 35mm and now it just clears the rotors and swaybay link.
I grinded abit off the lca's to allow more clearance. The Rca's are standard not Nrca's ,the reason for the problem was due to the extra 10mm pushing the lca down on the angle to touch the rotor
sweet as, too easy !
im running without any rca's, i dont mind a bit of bump steer here and there haha.
