help celica 1ggte pickle

hey i have a celica ra 28 1ggte i have been working for a while the car cost me 900 bucks with one and a bit motors its all engeneried and that jazz its just the previous owner bought it pulled the motor apart to build up a single turbo thing then realised he had no money to then i bought it .

i made up a motor out of the 1 and a bit just swaped a turbo and some new seals . the good motor is set up to run a microtech digi 2 computer i have everything but the loom (the last bloke lost it or probs cant be bothered to find it ) i rang mircrotech to see if i could get a blank loom and fit it myself but the bloke just said to me the computers getting old now and tried to get me to up date but yeah working on a budget sucks lol.

i have the stock loom and computer but no afm idol control sensors and shit and it has been cut up and shit bodgy as i dun know what to do because its all ready for a blue slip bar the engine running i dun know what to do does any one out the have a blown or going compleate engine and loom out there they want to sell or a mircro tech loom or just any ideas .

I found you a AIR FLOW meter

Also have you got all the connectors. you should be able to put your loom back together provided you have all your sensors.


Have you got the wirring diagram?

hey thanks neal but i was just out in the shed and im missing a lot of sensors knock sensors water temp and i forgot to mention its got a whole diffrent intake on the engine suck but i rang the guy i bought it off and he asures he has it and he will look tommorow hope fully he will find it pete

I have both AFM and idle motors as spares.
I also have a full gen3 loom.
Use a picture hosting service like tinypic.com and post the results here mate.

What generation of 1ggte is it mate?
also post a picture of the engine bay so we can see what intake etc you are running and what is potentially missing.
What fuel system does it run also?

hey yeah i read that thread about what gen the 1g engines are and yeah mines a gen 1 um im in the prosese of whipping the black smiths at work to finish off the fuel tank i was getting them to make but they have seemed to have lost intrest lol but thats a diffrent story lol it has a bosh fuel pumps and a boored out fuel rail and diffrent regs and injectors pete
