turbine housing survey

what size of turbine housing you guys using?
do state down some info as below as well..

engine : 1jz-gte
Turbo : t04z.
turbine housing : a/r 0.7 t4
cam : 256/256

would like to try the a/r84 t4 but a bit wory about the boost thereshold. exhaust restriction isnt an issue as im using side pipe that dump just below my door
