    Default KE70's Accelerator Pedal Pad

My KE70's accelerator pedal rubber is wearing out a little
on the lower inner left corner, where the ribbed rubber is
already flat. Right hand drive in Malaysia here.

It's just a small curve about a quarter to half inch inwards,
and about one and a half inches long. I wonder if that may
be a concern, or would the rubber thickness remaining be
able to last quite a few more years yet ?

Are there replacement rubber pads available like the clutch
and brake pedal pads, or does it come only with the rest of
    the accelerator inkage assembly ?

I note it looks almost identical to this MR2's pedal.
