The point being about the RS41 is that if I don't lay it out it looks like a bog stock RS41. I don't have to lower it on the day. I'd much prefer to bring it. I even got some period flasher fender mirrors for it recently.
Fair enough. The cars that were at the show when we went included some recent cover cars from Street Machine and a lot of fairly serious performers.
I agree though get in first and then take along the cool cars.

Hi,
Rev, it is still a classic and we have a spot for you, should you wish to bring your car.
Farky, after discussion with the Board and the CMC, your KE is the car we would like to attend. Apparently the air bags on the Corwn can be seen from a quick visual inspection by looking under the vehicle, which we beleive will happen when the CMC inspect our cars on the day.

Bugger....
Greg,
Just to elaborate on Rivers Post.
The CMC are reviewing Toymods application to become members of the CMC and will be paying special attention to the cars we have on Show this year. IF we disrespect their wishes and Show we sure as shit wont get accepted or allowed back next year.
As such the cars we take have to fit in line with what they want at the show. They will look under the cars and under the bonnets. I know I would much rather take my 28 than the 75 but the whole focus of the CMC is Historic ellible vehicles. Basically if its not elligible for Historic Rego we cant take it.
So the KE20 or the MS45 is welcome, but we cant have the RS41.

Thanks River, but if CMC are going to be checking although the Rona is Original the paintwork is no where near as good as your little brown beast!, and the drivers door has some old bog work apparent, cant find me a RT 40 drivers door anywhere!!! Unless its entered as "completly un-molestered, untouched for 43 years category" LOL !

The Rev,
Its not about how shiny they are, My MS75's paint is way less than Ideal. Your RT40 will fit in just nicely.

Well the MS45 has been lowered so I'm guessing they'd frown at that so it'll have to be the KE20. I better pull my finger out and get Historic rego sorted for it cause it's normal rego ran out a few days ago.
River you will have a PM shortly with pictures of it to prove it's stockness.
Greg,
If the Modification was a period accessory available at the time of release they are fine with it. No worries at all on lowered springs and shocks.(For there show or Historic Rego)
Getting the KE20 on Historics is still a great Idea tho.

Time is priceless yet it costs us nothing. You can do anything you want with it but you can't own it.You can spend it but you can't keep it.And once you've lost it, there is no getting it back, it's just gone."
