Aaron did the slalom ok but when doing the burnout for the go to whoa he shifted into second then broke the mini axle in the hub. but he and Josh did a midnight stint and took the whole arm of his spare car saturday night and replaced the arm sunday morning. Aaron then did the motorkhana and had engine/flywheel issues so was out for the rest of the day.
Steve blew a turbo Sunday morning when he was about to come back to Motorvation so was out for the day.
Oh and I want to get my AC working again in the Celica LOL.

280ZX Now with RD28 Turbo conversion. Actaully finished!
Post morrtems are carried out on DEAD things so is the motor Dead or just injured.? Sounds like it was carnage for those that chose to play. Did'nt get down this year first time I have missed it for like 6 years. Now I will have to wait for the video to come out. Still it would have been much the same as previous years,Holdens, Fords, Mullets, flannelette shirts and dessert boots.

Yer it is still 'living' but making some horrible sounds & running like a dog
The good part is my new diff cradle passed the thrash test, cooling, fuel & oil systems didn't miss a beat.
Bout due for a re-build & forged bits.

What you planning to strengthen the half-shafts again? I remember discussing it with you after you did it, but I have a memory like a goldfish sometimes.

I am currently running the commodore 28 spline shafts & CV's (so far holding up ok)
The only piece of the drive line which is still Toyota are the stub axles (Ms123 crown for 5 stud conversion)
Now Im'e going to have to look at stronger options for the stubs.
Prolly end up modding a commodore arm to suite the cradle & re-drilling the studs to suite my rims, this may be beneficial if I can get the offset right, wont require stupid huge spacers.

we were up topside near the Alberts tent.
Oh, I didn't go near that area because I thought it was all car stereo stuff. I've got problems with dudes who put all their money into stereos. Thats unfortunate on my part, and its unfortunate they slotted you guys up there. damn!
