    Default ct26 dump pipe

hey guys was wondering if you setup a 3tgte with a ct26 if you can use the stock 7mgte dump pipe. not sure on the angle that a 7mgte ct26 mounts on the 7mgte manifold. just cause i need a dump pipe for the new turbo and want to know its gonna be facing down not up. cause id hate to buy one and find it faces up. a bonnet venting exhaust would be cool but im not sure how legal itd be
    cheers

Dont think that its a bad thing that you got to go aftermarket, the stock dump pipe flows like crap! A well made dump pipe can make a world of difference if you have the exhaust to match. Good Luck

    hey cooter

What suburb are you situated in???

My engineer / mechanic did my dump pipe, exhaust or other stuff for only 600 bucks.

Hes really good and does a well done job. He installed a 3" stainless steel pipe to my old turbo exhaust flange and then connected it to the exhaust and its an awsome system hes done. And the best part bout it now is that you can actually hear the turbo spooling now cos it has a much much better flow.

Neways yes the best thing to do is to go aftermarket with everything. Stock things may be good for power but it depends on the condition and all that. So yeh stick with the aftermarket dump pipe and youll be inpressed with your decision.

    Cheers
