Did you notice any difference Hydra? Is your rev limiter still pegged at 7200rpm?

Thanks to Rod and Adam I now have a working speedo and therefore a working speed signal to my ECU. The car now drops straight back down to idle speed when you come to a stop, which is very nice in a F***ing loud car.

The funny thing is I'm not running a standard computer but a Power FC which is a programmable copy of all the standard functionalitty really.

Shane the Mines computer might not do this stuff or it might be that you've only driven the car with that computer and what it does seems to be the normal thing to you.

JCMF, No difference except for the light not flashing away whenever I wanted to go a little faster. Rev limit is still around the 7200rpm mark. If it has changed the timing or anything it hasn't changed it enough to be able to tell a difference.

    Bah! So I can't read.

Thanks guys, I'm going to hook this up before the nats and see if it makes any difference on the drive to Dubbo. If it doesn't, I'll know who to talk to.

As to the timing change, would it be retarded, and costing a bit of power?
I can most definitely confirm the 8200rpm rev cut. Contact Finney on these forums, it's his car that proved it to me, and it was me that did his 20V conversion.

It's a piece of piss to wire up the SPD signal to your 20V ECU. It's the purple wire with the white stripe which was in the 12-pin ECU plug of your AE92 - see this pic.

    ...... butt scratcher?!
