Who wants to go drag racing?

Its time to hit the 1/4 mile again at WSID. Just a normal Wednesday night meet for street registered cars (plus the odd racecar for entertainment), bring your car, bring your mates, the more the merrier!

Any Wednesday in July is available (1,8,15,22, & 29th), so post your preference here or indicate if you're interested regardless.

Consider also that the Toymods dyno day is on the 19th July, so maybe a bunch of the Sydney guys want to race on the 22nd, which we could join in with.

Cool Cuz..... have you been back to the drags recently with your rolla? I gotta chat with ANDRA about letting me back on normal street tyres, as the car won't be ready for full tech inspection before then.

I still won't be able to run my MTs but i reckon i'll try the semi's, just for more traction once i'm off the line and moving as 2nd gear was still a bit 'slippery'.

It'll be a trailer job for sure though as the chance of snappage is high

Will keep an eye out for this and try and get a helmet by then so i can give my car a run.

But i will still head out and take some photos if i dont.

Its a major PITA, and also the reason i've been changing the setup on my car to suit the local hillclimbs etc instead.

Canberrans are their own worst enemy, but that's a whole other thread
