It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tanks of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Well guys thanks again for the huge turn out.

I was looking forward to the day, initally at Macca's it looked like numbers where down however people flowed in towards the end of the time frame.

I thought people would have enjoyed the roads I had a blast when I reckied it.

As for the tour of Broke well sorry bout that but we got it sorted.

Great feed and when we thanked the opwners of the pub they said a band or something could be organised for us next time.

    For thsoe who didn't come they day was slightly overcast the whole day with nice temps, we had a good mix of cars, UZS131, MS41, JZA70, RA28, JZA23, AE101, TA22, JZX83's, JZA60, JZX22, AE92, AW11, AE82, ST204, ST184 , MZ and GZ20's plus others.

We headed North of the freeway with plenty of photos being taken with us all 3 wide in places., then it was off at peats ridge where the father teaching his to learn how to drive commented that he was going for a quite country drive, only to come accross at heap of Datsuns???

We cruised up towards Wolimbi, got round the Learner and a couple of other cars, bumped into a WRX club and a heap of bikes at Wolimbi, then onto broke and Bulga for a really late lunch, we took over the pub had a great feed. I personally had to leave lunch earlish as I had to get back to canberra, I headed back had some little runs with Dimmy and Kyle on the putty.

Great cruise we were stuff by 8:30 when we got home but a fantastic day out

Will see you all on the next one and I will be posting photos in the next days

Yep we had a great day. The old Crown performed well after it's engine rebuild, though still slow it managed to keep up reasonably well. Sorry to anyone behind us who wanted to go faster.
Lunch was great, though I think the numbers of us overwhelmed them a bit and some people got their meals quite late.
The trip home down the Putty was good but it took us 3 1/2 hours to do because my son drove home (He's on his L's).

Thanks to Luke for organising another great Toymods Outing.

    Cheers, Greg.

I would of like to have followed you guys down however the hand brakes in the passenger seats limited my rate of travel along the putty

Yeh that putty road was really good, the quality of road was better. I was trying to call kyle to take a photo near a sign saying "Slow down around bends". The car held up well, no issues that i'm aware of yet although coilovers took a beating hehe

    What's this Forrester CRAP
I know I've had subies in the past, but none are running now.

I think the amount of black smoke coming out of your exhaust on acceleration wouldn't have helped.

It was a good run, but if you're holding up someone through the corners, don't go blasting away on the overtaking lanes so they can't pass, it just pisses people off.
