    Default Tein Type HR coilovers: disassembly

    Hi guys

    Does anyone know about the front coilover assembly, in this case an S13 Tein Type HR similar to this:



    I need to remove the damper from the front ones so I can weld the tube. Is this a simple, insert-style cartridge? It has a gland nut in the top, but I can't find info. I don't want to destroy the damper by pulling it apart!
