The Celica team can thank Slim for his creative writing!
As for the lap boards we will have to organise something else, thanks anyway.
I was going to organise a lap board from work, but as it turns out its going to be in the back of a truck on its way to Indy![]()

the rising sun team may be able to come up with a lap board

You mentioned the possibility of two boards (one for each team). Is that still the case?

Hey all, just popped in to say good luck. I hope you have many many laps of trouble free racing.
Looking forward to hearing how it went.

Has everyone that wishes to eat the food that the girls are providing transferred the $15? It's cheap when you consider that $15 would barely buy you a hotdog and a bottle of water if you buy it at the trackside canteen.
The food will be bought tomorrow. Please speak up and let us know what you are planning to do.

finally dragged myself out of the shed for a bit, on a quick note the club car is running beautiful i have some work to do with brakes tommorow and a niggling wiring issue related to possible the voltage regulator or simply the charge light. Is there anything that i might need to bring that anyone is not bringing yet? I will be bringing a fair amount of tools with me, Ian informs me that a compressor is already covered so i will leave mine behind. I do have a BBQ under the house that i could bring if anyone else agrees that arteries should be lubricated like bearing (packed full of grease). Only one issue i have at the moment is a lack of trailer to tow the car up with, plans fell through so if anyone has an idea it would be much appreciated, as a last resort i could rent one. best to actually contact me by phone i doubt i will get another opportunity between now and friday to get out of the shed.
side note: cheers again for the mc simon, got it no problems i think the neighbours were a bit curious about the strange bloke poking around the letter boxes though.
the problem is, your not using a big enough hammer
gday.. i managed to keep me balls, but it means i have to go to some stupid wedding on saturday. however i WILL be there sunday if needed still. just installed and tested a stopwatch on my phone, so will be able to use that for timing.
